Annual Ombuds Office Survey
From: University Senate President, Ani Kokobobo
Re: Annual Evaluation of the Ombuds Office
Each year the KU community is asked to provide feedback on the services of the University Ombuds Office. The survey linked below is co-designed, sent out, and managed in a partnership between Governance, the Provost’s Office and the Ombuds Office.
As a reminder, the University Ombuds Office serves all members of the University community (students, staff, and faculty). It provides confidential, impartial, informal and independent assistance regarding concerns related to the individual, without fear of retaliation or judgment. Detailed information about the Ombuds’ responsibilities is available at https://ombuds.ku.edu/
This year, the University Ombuds Office professional staff consisted of University Ombuds Ada Emmett and Associate Ombuds Mike Rozinsky.
This survey is for all students, staff and faculty. Your feedback helps us make sure the University Ombuds Office is fulfilling its mission to ensure all members of the university community receive fair and equitable treatment. Please click on the link below, and complete this brief survey by Monday, April 24.

Please note: All survey responses are confidential. The Provost’s Office manages the survey data, sharing the results and de-identified comments with both the Ombuds Office and Governance leadership. The Ombuds Office then uses the results of that survey to inform its Annual Report. Governance leadership uses the survey data to inform its annual assessment of the Ombuds Office’s work.
If you have any technical problems with the survey, please contact the Governance office, govern@ku.edu or 785-864-5169.
