New Business —
Two guest speakers today: Nick Stevens and Heather Blanck
Nick gives an overview of enrollment at KU. Heather presents on the Gateway District Phase II, and the timeline. Heather also manages “Jayhawk Hospitality.”
A Director of Real Estate will be joining KU – it’s a “One KU” position.
Val Carreno will be taking on this University Real Estate role.
