Cameron supports idea of committee as a space/forum for staff, students and faculty to communicate and education
Outreach in the form of surveys? Staff and student input? Get feedback as to what’s important to them

Move toward being a STARS reporting university again

Discussed AASHE & STARS reporting – committee could support KU rejoining this, but costs money ($2525ish), and is a long, intensive process; focus on data collection, Johnson County Community College has one of best rankings for CC in US, Our peer institutions report as well

Post Landfill Action network (mini STARS-like waste reporting tool ATLAS) to get waste data, good tool for talking to administration
