The University of Kansas' Charter of Values for an Exceptional Learning Community

In January of 2022, students, staff, and faculty came together to fulfill Phase 1 of the Shared Governance initiative and discussed how they envision an exceptional learning community and, more importantly, what they want to experience at the University of Kansas. The following charter of values captures the diverse voices of the KU community, from both that initial session and a remote revising session.
